Renate represents her clients in the purchases and sales of single-family and multi-family residences. She specializes in the sale of Distress Sales and Income Properties in the Kitsap & Mason County area.

In her 21 years of active military service in the US Air Force she moved 23 times and lived in 7 countries. She now enjoys assisting military and civilian buyers who are relocating to the Kitsap & Mason County area.

Personal

Renate was born and raised in Bad Lauterberg,Germany. Bad Lauterberg is located in the beautiful Harz Mountains in Northern Germany.

Renate moved to the United States in 1970 and joined the US Air Force in 1974. She received her first overseas assignment in 1980 and was transferred to Okinawa, Japan. This started a 17 years overseas stay that afforded her the opportunity to travel all over the world. Renate was also stationed in Geilenkirchen Germany; Misawa AB, Japan; Bentwaters AB, England; Ramstein AB, Germany and several other overseas duty stations. She finally returned to the United States in 1994 and was stationed at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio Tx where she served as the Superintendent for the Division of Mental Health. Renate retired from active duty in 1995 and relocated to Washington.

Renate decided to return to school full time in 1996 to complete her education. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1997 and received her MBA degree from City University in 1999.
